In 1978 the company was formed trading as The Sound House producing radio commercials and television soundtracks, audio tracks for corporate and broadcast programmes.
In 1980 the company started to produce television commercials and corporate programmes adding the picture side to the business. During this period the name changed to Sound and Picture House in line with the services provided.
SPH have their own edit facilities, Avid DS Nitris suite operated by senior editor Saul Prolze. The company concentrates its activities on medium to high end production of television commercials and corporate broadcast programmes.
